Recipe: Steamed Clams R

It is absurdly simple to steam clams. And it doesn’t take much to elevate this dish. Some staples: butter, garlic, lemon, and cheap beer. Then get fancy with some garnishes, maybe some sort of pickled pepper... or not! The possibilities are endless.

Shipping & Logistics S

Unfortunately, some states (CT, ME, MA, NH, NY, RI, VT) do not allow clams smaller than 1" across the hinge to be shipped into their state. You will need to purchase the Middleneck size if shipping to those states. Suck it up and deal with it... or run for Congress on a pro-clam platform... the choice is yours.

Littlenecks: Around 7/8" to 1" across the hinge these hard shelled clams can be grilled, steamed, served with pasta, made into soup, or enjoyed on the half shell. The smaller of our clams, their tenderness is unparalleled!

Middlenecks: Slightly larger than our Littlenecks, measuring in at 1" to 1.25" accross the hinge these hard shelled clams can be enjoyed raw or cooked just like their smaller counterparts.

Topnecks: Even larger than middlenecks, topnecks measure from 1.25"-1.5" across the hinge. They're heavy, meaty, and are excellent clams casino candidates.
