INGREDIENTS
- 25 Chunu Oysters by CAF
- Spicy Champagne Vinegar Mignonette
- ½ c. dry white wine
- ½ c. champagne vinegar
- 1 jalapeno pepper, stem/ribs/seeds removed; finely minced
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 large shallot, finely minced
- 2 TB cilantro, chopped
- Juice of ½ medium lime
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Caviar
DIRECTIONS
- Shuck your oysters, keeping them on ice until ready to consume
- Prepare the mignonette
- Top each oyster with mignonette and caviar to taste
