  • 25 Chunu Oysters by CAF
  • Spicy Champagne Vinegar Mignonette
    • ½ c. dry white wine
    • ½ c. champagne vinegar
    • 1 jalapeno pepper, stem/ribs/seeds removed; finely minced
    • 1 tsp sriracha
    • 1 large shallot, finely minced
    • 2 TB cilantro, chopped
    • Juice of ½ medium lime
    • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Caviar


  • Shuck your oysters, keeping them on ice until ready to consume
  • Prepare the mignonette
  • Top each oyster with mignonette and caviar to taste
